Specialising in relaxed weddings in a timelessly elegant setting, this exclusive venue has stunning rustic and industrial features including exposed brickwork and iron alongside glass balustrades and chandeliers. Huge windows flood the space with light and a stylish mezzanine level creates a lounge bar equipped with a piano and leather sofas for guests to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We love photographing those unscripted, chilled-out moments where everyone is enjoying the day and celebrating without feeling the need to pose.

Weddings at Bunny Hill can take place indoors in front of double-height doors overlooking the courtyard, or outdoors under the arbour surrounded by woodland. Couples have use of the entire site for three days, allowing time to style and decorate as lavishly or as simply as desired. There’s no need to rush home, and the luxurious suite with roll-top copper bath, four-poster bed, terrace and hot tub is an incredible place to get ready and then enjoy together as newlyweds. Guest bedrooms are equally well-appointed, and there’s even on-site glamping available from Starbright Hideaways between April and September.

Bianca and Mark were looking for Bunny Hill wedding photographers to capture the fun, emotion and dancefloor celebrations on their wedding day. From Bianca getting ready with her bridal party, to dancing the night away and letting their hair down with their guests, our award-winning documentary wedding photography captured every moment.

After having their hair and make-up perfected by Rewind Hair and Hannah Louise MUA, the girls had time for some photos together in the bridal suite. Hannah’s strapless gown was layered with tulle and thousands of glittering beads, and her bridesmaids wore powder blue dresses from Cicinia. The bouquets and floral arrangements for the day were created by Floral and Lace, and packed with structured blooms, foliage and eucalyptus leaves.
Relaxed and elegant wedding at Bunny Hill
With everyone getting ready on-site, it was a calm walk across the courtyard to their ceremony in the main barn. The huge windows and doors out onto the terrace flooded the room with light and cast dramatic shadows that we used to create some beautiful photos of Bianca and Mark’s ceremony.
After getting married, their guests formed a confetti line-up in front of the arbour, where the newlyweds were covered in a storm of dried flower petals. The edge of the woodland gave much-needed shade for some quick formal portraits, which we captured quickly and simply to ensure no one needed to be away from the party for too long. Then they headed back to enjoy delicious canapés es from The Hog and Apple Food Company, served with the most adorable tiny jugs of beer! Colour Blue Acoustic Duo provided some atmospheric background music for everyone to enjoy in the sunshine.
Enjoying the countryside
Bianca and Mark took a little break to spend some time together on the edge of the woodland, whilst playing on the zip-line! We love the fun of these photographs of them relaxing and being big kids because you are never too old or too dressed up to play in the woods! Seeing Bianca hurtling towards us through the trees, and then dragging her new husband with a long rope until he too could have a zoom along the zip-line was brilliant.
They returned to their wedding breakfast with huge smiles on their faces as they were announced as Husband and Wife. More delicious food was served by the in-house caterers from Hog and Apple, with a short speech between starters and main courses to toast their future. We took advantage of a spectacular golden hour to capture some photos of Bianca and Mark in the fields, before taking them back to the party (which was starting to get lively!).
Fun and unposed Bunny Hill wedding photos
As guests enjoyed the outdoor space at golden hour (with a few more trips on the zip-line and a couple of spilt drinks!), Bianca and Mark’s wedding cake was indoors being cooled by its own personal fan! The cake, made by Where the Ribbon Ends, was decorated with flowers and delicious doughnuts – considering how scorching hot it was that day it still looked perfect once it was time to be cut!
Mark twirled Biance around the dancefloor for their first dance to “I Love You, Always Forever”, and then the party got started with plenty more drinks and some wild dance moves. Their DJ from Jonny Ross Music provided the soundtrack to an epic evening, Mark was hoisted up in the air, there was a recreation of the dirty dancing lift, plus lots and lots of shots!

Joining Bianca and Mark as their Bunny Hill wedding photographers was one of the highlights of our year. Not only was the venue stunning, but everyone was so relaxed and welcoming, and we were able to capture award-winning wedding photos in our signature style.
