Celebrating their love story with a rainbow of colour, in stunning Lancashire Wyresdale weddings venue captured by Reportage Studios.
Wyresdale Weddings
Wyresdale weddings are nothing short of magical. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Lancashire countryside, this venue offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and natural beauty. Whether it’s the historic barns, the tranquil lake, or the lush greenery, every corner of Wyresdale Park has something unique. They offer a wedding experience for all our couples – starting the night before your special day. Their heritage barns, extensive grounds, luxury manor house, unique glamping and wellness facilities means no fine detail of your wedding day is overlooked. You are promised a wedding day you and your guests shall never forget.
As a Lancashire wedding photographer, we thrive in capturing the candid, unscripted moments that make your day truly yours. We love to find the joy, the laughter, and the little quirks that make each couple’s story one of a kind. At Wyresdale, the relaxed, playful atmosphere of the grounds makes it easy for me to document weddings full of vibrant energy, colour, and authentic emotion—perfect for couples who want something beyond the ordinary.
Wyresdale Wedding with a Rainbow Theme
We visited one of our favourite local Lancashire venues to capture Jess and Ash’s Wyresdale weddings photography. We had such a fun day together full of emotion and tonnes of colour. It’s amazing how different this place looks throughout the year, and their October wedding made the most of the autumn leaves providing even more colour for their outdoor photos.
Celebrating their story
Their emotional day was an awesome celebration of their love story, surrounded by family and friends in the countryside. The Wyresdale wedding venue is made up of three wedding barns with gorgeous rustic features and neutral décor, so they can be styled to match your theme and create a unique vibe. Jess and Ash chose a vibrant colour scheme with bright florals, pride flags, and rainbow fans on the dancefloor.
If you love colourful decor, you might also want to have a look at the photos we captured at Katie and Phil’s Gods Own Junkyard wedding, it was in a more modern and industrial venue that was full of bright neon signs!
Personal touches
One of the personal touches Jess and Ash added was a cool wedding newspaper, each guest had one waiting for them at their table. It contained fun facts about the couple, useful info for the day, and even a world map showing where all the guests had travelled from. We loved the idea of the quote included about photography too…
“We have chosen our photographers very carefully and we love their natural approach to the day, so ignore their cameras, have fun with them, and treat them like friends.”
They certainly did that too! Everyone welcomed us to the party, allowing us to capture natural, relaxed photos of emotional and fun moments. We also partied with them on the dance floor as they waved flags and rainbow fans, and had some huge hugs!
